W tegorocznej rekrutacji na Uniwersytecie Ekonomicznym w Krakowie studenci i studentki mieli do wyboru aż 34 kierunki studiów pierwszego stopnia. Kierunek Global Business Services okazał się jedną z najatrakcyjniejszych ścieżek kształcenia. Zgodnie ze statystykami rekrutacji kierunek GBS był jednym z bardziej obleganych przez tegorocznych maturzystów i maturzystki: na jedno miejsce przypadało ponad 5 osób.
Na GBS kandydowało łącznie 497 osób, w tym 281 wskazało ten kierunek jako pierwszy wybór (w zeszłym roku było to odpowiednio 403 i 208 osób) – jesteśmy zatem w pierwszej dziesiątce (9. miejsce – jako pierwszy wybór, ogółem – 10. miejsce).
Nie było jednak łatwo! Kandydatki i kandydaci mieli wysoko postawioną poprzeczkę. Próg punktowy został ustalony na 145,8 (na maks. 200) – to plasuje GBS na 4. miejscu pod względem trudności dostania się na studia.
Nowy rok akademicki rozpoczniemy ze 123 zdolnymi studentami i studentkami 1. roku.

The GBS studies with very good results in recruitment for the 2023/2024 academic year
In this year’s recruitment process at the Krakow University of Economics students could choose from as many as 34 bachelor’s studies. The Global Business Services studies proved to be one of the most attractive educational paths – we are in the top ten (as the first choice: the 9th place, overall: the 10th place).
A total of 497 candidates applied for GBS, of which 281 indicated this direction as their first choice (last year it was 403 and 208 candidates, respectively).
However, it was not easy! The bar was set pretty high! The score threshold was set at 145.8 (max. 200) – this puts GBS studies in the 4th place in terms of the difficulty of getting into college.
We will start the new academic year with 123 talented first-year students.
